Kunshan Ruizhengyuan Electronics gives you a brief introduction: the processing technology of our copper bar stamping parts.
The processing technology of copper bar stamping parts takes "efficient forming and precise shape control" as the core, and adapts to the characteristics of high conductivity and high ductility of copper bar. The process is simple and focuses on key processes, as follows:
Preparation of raw materials: select T2 copper bar, H62 brass bar and other suitable materials, cut raw materials according to the product size (3~5mm machining allowance is reserved), and clean the oil stain and oxide layer on the surface to ensure that it fits the die during stamping.
Die installation and debugging: install special dies for blanking, bending and punching (die surface needs polishing/coating anti-sticking die), adjust the blanking gap (10%~20% larger than steel parts) and positioning accuracy to ensure that the die fits the copper bar.
Core Stamping Forming: The key processes-punching (cutting the shape and removing redundant materials), punching (processing mounting holes and cooling holes) and bending (folding to the required angle/shape, and reserving 3 ~ 5 springback) are completed by a punch, and some complex parts are stamped step by step for 2~3 times to avoid deformation.
Post-processing procedure: deburring stamping parts (grinding /deburring treatment), leveling and correcting deformed parts; Anti-rust treatment of surface (applying anti-rust oil or passivation), and moisture-proof packaging should be strengthened in wet environment; Finally, according to the size, appearance and electrical conductivity, it is put into storage after passing the sampling inspection.
