1. Size and form and position tolerance standard

The key dimensions shall meet the requirements of the drawings. The tolerance of conventional precision parts shall be controlled within ±0.01~±0.05mm, and that of ultra-precision parts shall be within 0.005 mm..

The form and position tolerance should meet the GB/T 1184 standard, including flatness, verticality and parallelism, so as to avoid affecting the assembly accuracy.

3. Performance and assembly requirements

The assembly adaptability is good, the insertion force and pull-out force meet the product specifications, and there is no jamming or looseness.

Environmental resistance (such as rust prevention and temperature resistance) needs to pass special tests such as salt spray test, high and low temperature test (salt spray test usually has no rust for 48 hours or more).

4. Packaging and labeling standards

Anti-static and scratch-proof packaging is adopted to avoid damage during transportation, and each piece is separated independently or wrapped with buffer material.

The product model, specification, batch number, production date and inspection mark shall be marked on the package to ensure traceability.
