With the improvement of the current quality of life, metal stamping parts have penetrated into various fields, and it has been closely related to our lives. Metal stamping parts are made by stamping process, which is a processing method to apply external force to the blank of workpiece plate through die to make it plastically deform or separate, so as to obtain a workpiece with a certain size, shape and performance. According to the actual situation of equipment and personnel, the stamping and drawing process should select and design a process scheme with advanced technology, reasonable economy and safe and reliable use. The following Yida Borun Petrochemical briefly introduces the technological advantages and manufacturing principles of metal stamping parts:

First, the technological advantages of metal stamping parts

(1) The assembly and repair of metal stamping parts need convenience, convenience and energy saving.

(2) The metal stamping parts are simple in shape and reasonable in structure, which can be beneficial to the manufacture of molds.

(3) Metal stamping parts should be used to the greatest extent or to the existing materials, equipment, process equipment and process flow.

(4) Metal stamping parts can improve the utilization rate of metal materials and reduce the types and specifications of materials.

(5) The metal stamping parts are beneficial to the exchange of the same batch of workpieces and reduce the scrap situation.

Second, the manufacturing principle of metal stamping parts

(1) Precision principle: The number of working procedures of deep-drawn parts is related to material properties, drawing height, drawing steps, drawing diameter and material thickness.

(2) Refinement principle: The number of processes of bending parts depends primarily on the disorder degree of its structural shape, and depends on the number of bending angles and bending direction.

(3) Exquisite principle: When the cross-section quality and standard accuracy of stamping parts are required to be high, we can consider adding a trimming process after the blanking process or directly selecting a fine blanking process.

(4) The principle of accuracy: When punching a workpiece with a simple shape, it can be finished with a single-process die. When punching a workpiece with a messy shape, because the structure or strength of the die is limited, it should be divided into several parts, and multiple metal stamping processes should be selected.

(5) Quality principle: In order to ensure the quality of fine metal stamping parts, sometimes the number of processes is needed. For example, additional process hole punching of bending parts, punching of deformation reducing holes in forming process to transfer deformation areas, etc., to ensure fine and exquisite quality.

Third, the selection of oil products for metal stamping parts

Stamping oil plays a key role in stamping process, and good cooling performance and extreme pressure and wear resistance have made a qualitative leap for the service life of die and the improvement of workpiece accuracy. According to the different materials of the workpiece, the performance emphasis of stamping oil is different when it is selected.

(1) Silicon steel plate is a material that is easy to die-cut. Generally, for the easy cleaning of the finished workpiece, stamping oil with low viscosity will be selected on the premise of preventing punching burr.

(2) When selecting stamping oil for carbon steel plate, the first thing that should be paid attention to is the viscosity of drawing oil. According to the difficulty of processing, drawing oil method and degreasing conditions, the better viscosity is determined.

(3) Galvanized steel plate will react with chlorine additives, so when selecting stamping oil for galvanized steel plate, attention should be paid to the problem that chlorine stamping oil may cause white rust, while using Yida Borun sulfur stamping oil can avoid rust, but degreasing should be done as soon as possible after stamping.

(4) Stainless steel plate is easy to produce work hardening, so drawing oil with high oil film strength and good sintering resistance is required. Generally, stamping oil containing sulfur and chlorine compound additives is used to ensure the extreme pressure machining performance and avoid burr and fracture of the workpiece.
