If the external dimension of the female die is too large, the upside-down structure will be adopted first when the upper die can accommodate the lower die, and if the upper die cannot accommodate the female die, then the upright structure can be considered. If the parts have higher requirements for flatness, better results will be obtained by adopting the formal structure. However, when the elastic pushing device is adopted, the compound die structure of the assembly should be considered first.

Considering the above structure, in order to facilitate operation and improve production, the design of stamping parts manufacturers adopts flip-chip compound die structure.
