Then, the design must be simple in shape and reasonable in structure, which is conducive to simplifying the structure of the die and the number of working procedures, that is, completing the processing of the whole part with the least and simplest stamping procedures, and is conducive to stamping operation, organization and realization of mechanized and automated production, so as to improve labor productivity.
Under the condition of normal use, the designed stamping parts should make the requirements of dimensional accuracy grade and surface roughness grade as low as possible, which is beneficial to product interchange, reduce waste products and ensure product quality stability. The designed stamping parts should be conducive to using existing equipment, process equipment and process flow to process them as much as possible, and to prolonging the service life of the stamping die.
